How do you ticket?


There's plenty of ticketing software on the market, and there are plenty of ways in which different organizations do it. Recently, the Center for Arts Management and Technology surveyed hundreds of small, mid-sized, large, and extra-large organizations to get an idea of what features and capabilities are (and are not) most important to them when making choices about ticketing software.
